Have you ever thought about becoming a JUDGE?
 
The Glass Slipper Natural Beauty Pageant is looking for Judges.  In order to keep this Pageant fair, the same panel of Judges will NEVER be used twice within one year. 
 
Becoming a Judge is really simple. An application will need to be filled out and sent into the Director for approval. A background check will be performed on all potential Judges to ensure the safety of our precious children. Judges WILL BE PAID for services. 
 
Each Pageant will have 2 panels consisting of 3 Judges each. One panel will judge the Porfolios and Photos before the Pageant date, and the other other panel will judge the actual live Pageant. 
 

What The Glass Slipper is looking for in a Judge...
  • People with a diverse background. Judges should be geographically distributed, and have different professions and ages.
  • Judges with a good reputation. Judges that live by the morals they expect from the contestants.
  • Judges that don’t have any personal ties with the contestants. Judges will be ask this informaton and will have to sign an agreement that states this.
  • Judges that are willing and able to follow The Glass Slipper rules.
  • A Judge that is enthustatic about the job and will put forth the energy and attention that each Pageant requires.
