Enter by Saturday, January 8,2011 with application and $25 deposit, and receive $10 off the Beauty
Entry Fee. (Must be postmarked by Jan 8,2011 to receive discount.)
ALL fees must be received NO LATER THAN Saturday, Feb 5,2011. Photos due in office no later than

PAGEANT RULES:
Pageant is for girls only ages Birth - 16 years
old
This is a NATURAL Pageant System
NOT SEMI GLITZ/GLITZ
You will need a BEAUTY DRESS and THEME WEAR
OUTFIT for this pageant. Theme wear for this pageant is Mardi Gras wear. Talent is optional so a Talent outfit will
be needed if talent is entered. It is the choice of the contestant as to what will be worn during the Crowning portion
of the pageant.
**MAKE-UP : NO make up birth-3
yrs. 4-6 lipgloss, 7-12 yrs lip gloss, light blush, 13-16 very light makeup. No heavy make up allowed. Scoring
penalities will occur.
NOTE:
COSTUME MAKE-UP MAY BE WORN DURING THE MARDI GRAS THEME WEAR EVENT.
*DRESS : Anything from Party to Glitz
dress; Long or Short; Age appropriate
*PHOTOS : Must be all NATURAL. No touch ups,
no frames, follow make up rules. Please put names on photos and portfolios
*HAIR : NO fake hair

$10 Early Bird Discount (Deadline January 8, 2011)
$15 Sibling discount (Given to each sibling AFTER the 1st at regular price)
$5 referrel bonus ($5 for Each Contestant refered. Discount applies to current pageant
only. Contestant must put your name on their application for you to receive discount.)
Coupons (Prior contestants, internet) Must staple to application & cannot be used

Grand Supreme Beauty Bundle
Includes: Grand Supreme Queen(1), Mini Supreme Queen(1), Division Supreme Princess(4), Age Group - Beauty
Princess (10), Most Beautiful, Best Personality, Best Hair, Best Eyes, Best Smile, Best Dressed, and Mardi Gras Theme Wear.
No double crowning for Grand Supreme Queen, Mini Supreme Queen, Division
Supreme Princess, or Age Group Beauty Princess. Other 7 categories are for fun and may double.
NOTE
: Grand Supreme Bundle is Mandatory to enter the pageant.
NO Double Crowning in Grand prize.
There will be an Age Group Prize Winner in each of the following categories that will
each receive a prize : Most Beautiful, Best Personality, Best Hair, Best Eyes, Best Smile, Best Dressed, and Mardi
Gras Theme Wear.gories may double prize. (They are not crowned categories.) This is included in the Grand Supreme
Bundle Fee.
Grand Supreme Queen : (1 winner): This will be awarded to the contestant that has the
overall highest score in the entire pageant excluding elective events. Winner receives the Queen Title, fabulous crown,
sash, trophy, and a Crystal GLASS SLIPPER.
Mini Supreme Queen : (1 winner): This will be awarded to the
contestant that has the 2nd overall highest score in the entire pageant excluding elective events. Winner receives the Mini
Queen Title, fabulous crown, sash, trophy and a Mini Crystal GLASS SLIPPER.
Division Supreme Princess: (4 total winners)
This will be awarded to the contestant that has the overall highest score in EACH DIVISION excluding elective events.. Winners
receive Division Supreme Princess Title, a beautiful crown, trophy, and sash.
Age Beauty Princess: (10 winners) :The contestant from each age group that
has the highest Beauty score will be awarded a Princess title, Crown, Trophy, and Sash.
Mardi Gras Theme : This category is for the Mardi
Gras Theme wear. Wear anything that celebrates Mardi Gras. Show creativity with outfit choice, Originality in masks,
and costumes. There will be a winner in each age group.

Events:
The following events are NOT included in the Grand Supreme
Beauty Bundle. You may enter any or all of these events for additional fees. Each elective is able to crown even
if Beauty is won.
Overalls: (4
Total) Best Eyes, Best Personality, Most Beautiful, and Mardi Gras Theme Wear. Winners receive a Title, Beautiful
Crown, and Sash. (winner has the highest score out of the entire pageant)(May double crown in elective events) Entry
Fee $15 Each OR all 4 for $45
Portfolio : 10-15 pictures in an album format. ALL pictures must be natural.
Winner in each age group. One overall winner for entire pageant. *Must be received in office by Saturday, February 5, 2011.

Photogenic: Color
OR Black & White. Must be natural. Additional photos $5 per photo. Winners in each age group. One overall pageant
winner. *Must be received in office by Saturday, February 5, 2011. NO Frames Please! Entry Fee $10 Additional Photo Entries
$5 Each.
Overall Photogenic Supreme : This is the highest combined score of both the portfolio
and photogenic scores. (Must be entered in Photogenic and Portfolio to enter this category). Winner receives a fantastic Award,
Sash, and Crown!! Entry Fee $15
Ultimate Photogenic Beauty Princess : The highest score of combined Beauty score and photogenic
score (not portfolio). Winner will receive a Title, Gorgeous crown, sash, and special prize. (NOTE: You must be entered into
the Photogenic category in order to enter into this category) Entry Fee $20
Talent: Talent is an optional
category. It is to be no longer than 3 minutes. It is for ages 2-16 ONLY. There will be a winner in each Age Division, and
ONE Grand Talent Champion. Each participant will receive a trophy. The Age Division winners (4) will each receive a trophy
and crown. The Grand Talent Champion will receive a crown, sash, trophy, and Mardi Gras Grand Talent Champion Title. FEE $25

may enter any or all of the Elective Events that you wish. If entering individual categories, you will pay the fees for each

NO REFUNDS for any reason will be given, unless the pageant is cancelled.
All Judges decisions are final. Score sheets will be available. Judging is based on Natural Beauty. Anyone not displaying
sportsman-like behavior will be disqualified and monies will not be refunded. Competition is based on Beauty and overall stage
presence and personality.I hold guiltless The Glass Slipper Beauty Pageant, director, staff, facility, and any other
associated with the pageant from any loss, injury, theft, or illness that may occur during the pageant. We reserve the right
to use any photos on the website for promotional reasons. Any and all information will be used in good taste and not against
any contestant. A $35 fee on returned checks will be charged. The undersigned agrees and understands of all the terms and
regulations of The Glass Slipper and will comply with all above. Failure to do so could result in the disqualification of
a delegate and all prizes including sash, crown and trophies being returned to The Glass Slipper. I have read and accept

contact Mary Patterson 24 hours in advance if sick and unable to attend pageant. A $25 fee will be deducted from refund. NO

pageants only.
