Enter
by Saturday, September 18, 2010 with application and $25 deposit, and receive $10 off the Beauty Entry Fee. (Must
be postmarked by Sept 18th to receive discount.)
ALL fees must be received NO LATER THAN Saturday, October 9, 2010. Photos due in office no later than Sat,
October 9, 2010. Proceeds to benefit DAV, Disabled American Veterans, must be received by Saturday , October 9, 2010.

As Always, There are several ways to save on pageant fees :
- DAV, Diasbled American Veterans Charity Event. The more you raise, the more you SAVE!
- $10 Early Bird Discount
- $15 Sibling discount (Given to each sibling AFTER the 1st at regular price)
- $5 referrel bonus ($5 for Each Contestant refered. Discount applies to current pageant
only. Contestant must put your name on their application for you to receive discount.)
- Coupons (Prior contestants, internet, magazine) Must staple to applicaton & cannot
be used as part of deposit.

PAGEANT RULES:
**MAKE-UP : NO make up birth-3 yrs. 4-6
lipgloss, 7-12 yrs lip gloss, light blush, 13-16 very light makeup. No heavy make up allowed. Scoring
penalities will occur. NOTE:
COSTUME MAKE-UP MAY BE WORN DURING THE COSTUME WEAR EVENT.
**DRESS : Anything from Party to Glitz dress;
Long or Short; Age appropriate
**PHOTOS : Must be all NATURAL. No touch ups, no
frames, follow make up rules
**HAIR : NO fake hair
**TEETH : NO fake teeth.
Absolutely NO SWIMSUITS allowed...ever!
DEDUCTIONS WILL BE TAKEN IF RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED

There will be Hot Dogs, Chips, Drinks, and Sweets available at Reasonable prices for sale
during the Pageant.

Young Miss 9-10yrs Pre-Teen Miss 11-12yrs
- Division IV- Teen
Miss 13-14yrs Junior Miss 15-16yrs
In the case that there is only 1 contestant in an age group, that contestant will be placed in
the next age group up.
 Mandatory Category
Grand Supreme Bundle
Includes 11 Events : Grand Supreme Queen(1), Mini Supreme Queen(1), Division Supreme Princess(4), Age Group - Beauty Princess
(10), Most Beautiful, Best Personality, Best Hair, Best Eyes, Best Smile, Best Dressed, and Costume Wear. $85 for all 11 categories
NOTE : Grand Supreme Bundle is Mandatory to enter the pageant.
NO Double Crowning in Grand Supreme Queen, Mini Supreme, Division Supreme Princess, or Age Group
Beauty Princess. Other 7 categories are for fun and may double prize.
There will be an Age Group Prize Winner in each of the following categories that will each receive
a prize : Most Beautiful, Best Personality, Best Hair, Best Eyes, Best Smile, Best Dressed, and Costume Wear.
These categories may double prize. (They are not crowned categories.) This is included in the Grand Supreme Bundle Fee.
Grand Supreme Queen : (1 winner): This will be awarded to the contestant that has the overall highest
score in the entire pageant excluding elective events. Winner receives the Queen Title, fabulous crown, sash, trophy, and
a Crystal GLASS SLIPPER TROPHY.
Mini Supreme Queen
: (1 winner): This will be awarded to the contestant that has the
2nd overall highest score in the entire pageant excluding elective events. Winner receives the Mini Queen Title, fabulous
crown, sash, and trophy.
Division Supreme Princess: (4 total winners) This will
be awarded to the contestant that has the overall highest score in EACH DIVISION excluding elective events.. Winners receive
Division Supreme Princess Title, a beautiful crown, trophy, and sash.
Age Beauty Princess: (10 winners) :The contestant from each age group that has the highest Beauty
score will be awarded a Princess title, Crown, Trophy, and Sash.
Costume Wear : This category is for the Costume wear. Wear anything that celebrates Halloween. Show creativity with
outfit choice. There will be a winner in each age group.
Elective Events:
The following events are NOT included in the Grand Supreme Bundle. You may enter
any or all of these events for additional fees. Each elective is able to crown even if Beauty is won.
Overalls : (4 Total) Best Eyes, Best Personality, Most Beautiful, and Costume
Wear. Winners receive a Title, Beautiful Crown, and Sash. (winner has the highest score out of the entire pageant)(May double
crown in elective events) Fee $15 each or all 4 for $45 (save $15)
Portfolio: 10-15 pictures in an album format. ALL pictures must be natural. Winner in each age group. One overall winner for entire
pageant. *Must be received in office by Saturday, October 9, 2010. Fee $15
Photogentic: Color OR Black & White. Must be natural. Additional photos $5 per
photo. Winners in each age group. One overall pageant winner. *Must be received in office by Saturday, October 9, 2010. NO
Frames Please! Fee $10 - 1st Photo
Outstanding Photogenic Supreme: This is the highest combined score of both the portfolio and photogenic
scores. (Must be entered in Photogenic and Portfolio to enter this category). Winner receives a fantastic Award, Sash, and
Crown!! Fee $15
Ultimate Photogenic Beauty Princess: The highest score of combined Beauty score and photogenic score
(not portfolio). Winner will receive a Title, Georgous crown, sash, and special prize. (NOTE: You must be entered into the
Photogenic category in order to enter into this category.) Fee $20

any or all of the Elective Events that you wish. If entering individual categories, you will pay the fees for each category.
