IF NOT RECEIVED BY DEADLINE, YOUR PHOTO

RULES
Pageant is for girls only ages Birth - 16 years old
You will need a BEAUTY DRESS and THEME WEAR OUTFIT for this pageant. Theme wear for this pageant is anything patriotic,
red, white, & blue, or anything beachy. (NO swimsuits allowed)
All
of the music will be provided by The Glass Slipper for the pageant. You do not need your own music. There will be ample changing
space available for the contestants and one chaperone each.
**MAKE-UP
: NO make up birth-3 yrs. 4-5 lipgloss, 6-10 yrs lip gloss, light blush, 11-16 very light makeup. No heavy make up allowed.
Scoring penalities will occur.

entire pageant (excluding elective events). You will win the title of The Glass Slipper Anchors Aweigh State Pageant MINI
SUPREME QUEEN, fabulous Crown, Sash, a Gorgeous Crystal MINI GLASS SLIPPER, Trophy and CASH
money! (Cash amount based on pageant entries)
* Division Supreme
: (3 total winners)This will be awarded to the contestant that has the overall
highest score in EACH DIVISION. You will win a State Division Title, a Beautiful Crown, Trophy,
and Sash.
* Age Group Beauty:

State Princess Title, Wonderful Crown, Sash, and Trophy.
* Patriotic/Beach Theme
Wear : This category is for the Nautical Theme Wear. This category dress can be ANYTHING
Patriotic or beachyOR BOTH! Be creative with this category and have fun coming up with your own
personal style. (NO swimsuits allowed) A WINNER in each age group receives an Award! (Remember,
this score counts towards the Grand, Mini, and Division Supreme winners)

Elective Events:
The following events are NOT included in the Grand Supreme
Beauty Bundle and may be entered separately. These items CAN BE DOUBLE CROWNED. You must enter in order to compete in these
categories. Each Optional Category is able to CROWN even if Beauty is won.
*Overalls: Most Beautiful Eyes, Best Personality, Most Beautiful,
and Patriotic-Beach Wear. Winners receive a Title, Beautiful crown, Trophy, and sash. (Winner has the
highest score out of the entire pageant) (May double crown in optional categories) FEE $20 each or all 4 for $60
*Portfolio: 5-15 pictures in an album. ALL pictures must be
natural. Winner in each age group. 1 OVERALL PORTFOLIO Winner with the Highest PORTFOLIO Score wins a Special Trophy. *Must be received in office by Saturday, May 26, 2012. NO EXCEPTIONS! FEE $25
*Photogenic: Color OR Black & White. Must be natural, not enhanced, photos. Additional photos $5
per each. Winners in each age group. 1 OVERALL PHOTOGENIC Winner with the Highest PHOTOGENIC Score receives a Great Trophy!
*Must be received in office by Saturday, May 26, 2012. NO EXCEPTIONS! No Frames Please! Please put contestants
name on back of photo. FEE $20
*Ultimate Photo Supreme: This is the overall combined highest PORTFOLIO score
and PHOTOGENIC score . You must be entered in BOTH categories to enter this category. Winner receives
the ULTIMATE PHOTO SUPREME STATE TITLE, Sash, and TROPHY ! FEE $20
*Photo Beauty Exquisite Supreme: The overall highest Beauty competition score and photogenic score combined score will receive
the State Title of Photo Beauty Exquisite Supreme, a Gorgeous Crown and Sash. (NOTE: You must be entered into
the Photogenic category in order to enter into this category.) FEE $20
*Pretty Faces Contest: This Photo competition is different from the above Photogenic
Category. This category is for the Title of The Glass Slipper State Pageant Pretty Faces Winner. You may use the same photo
as used for the Photogenic category, or you may use a separate photo...your choice. The contestant with
the highest score will be the Winner and her picture will be on the inside cover page of the State Program
Book. The next 3 highest score winners will be in the back of the Program Book. The Surfin USA State Pageant 2012 Pretty Faces
Winner will receive the Title of The Glass Slipper State Pageant Pretty Faces Winner 2012, a Gorgeous Crown, Sash, and Trophy.
This HONORED Title is only given out ONCE a year at the STATE Pageant. You will carry this Title for an entire
